All athletes registered for the 2017/2018 Track & Field (summer) season are also registered for the Cross Country (winter) season. Cross Country has a fun, relaxing atmosphere and is enjoyable for children and parents alike as parents are invited to join in!

Region Track & Field Championships are for all athletes U9-U15, any athlete is welcome to come along and have a go, it is also the pathway to State Track & Field. Come along to Regions it is a great aths experience.

With the Bureau of Meteorology still forecasting severe rainfall, thunderstorms, and flood warnings across Victoria for Saturday and Emergency Management Victoria advising of the risks and unpredictability of a superstorm, FLAC Committee have decided to cancel Centre Multi Day for the safety of all FLAC members.
Multi Round is just a normal competition day however the children’s placings on this day will be allocated points and an overall placing will be awarded. NO cost to attend this day or entry forms to complete ... just come along as usual!
Relays are not just for the fastest runners, they are a team event open to all registered FLAC athletes - so join in!
